You’re Alright
A dance comedy show about awkward chats, old mates, and queer nonsense with original music by Jan Baranowski.
You’re Alright follows the story of recently unemployed, 20 something, Charlie, who’s planning a night out with her best mate, Andy. Unfortunately, Andy’s running late, so Charlie's stuck with his annoying boyfriend until he arrives. You’re Alright is a night out of high energy, queer fun with a hilarious and relatable story about queer friendship, growth, and accepting that maybe you were the one being a d*ckhead.
Press & Reviews:
“You’re Alright is a show that fits exactly what fringe theatre is about. It’s dedicated, amusing, a little rough and ready, and original."

“You’re Alright is a quippy, fun and ironic journey into the twists and turns of friendships… Like all good physical theatre, movement is brought into the play to move the story along; unravelling some of the subliminal messages in the text and dousing You’re Alright with some belly-laugh humour.”

“Captivating… Strong on narrative progression and interesting characters.”
